We recently experienced a Channel Store bug that cost us pretty much our whole target window of October for a particular channel. The bug occurred when a user tried to actually add or get details for the channel. Roku would kick back to their home page. By the time I noticed it and reported it to them 3 weeks had passed before they agreed that there was a bug.. and they fixed it. However, during the entire month of October we are showing 8 cancellations but only 2 subscribers. I can believe the typical 8 cancellations especially near the end of the holiday, but the 2 subscribers is absolutely impossible to believe. So we have a mathematical discrepancy that demands deep diving on their part.
I'll try to update the status of this saga, but in the meantime have any of you experienced anything insane like this?
