From one day to the next my remote control stopped working, I already changed the batteries and did everything that the support page says, I've been trying for 3 days without success, I don't know what else to do, I have a roku express and its remote control is simple, it does not have the button that is next to the batteries
what else should I do?

Test the remote, point it at a cellphone camera and press a key if you see a flash in the viewscreen its working, no flash the remote is broken. Then replace the remote with cheap universal that has a Roku code in it, benefit is the universal remote could control your tv volume where the simple Roku remote if it works can't.
