Brand new streaming stick 4K. Wireless receiver is plugged in properly to HDMI (this is my second streaming stick for the second tv so I know how to set up.) Starts to set up language and then this error message pops up - can never get past setting a language. Seems others have had this problem and were sent a new receiver.

I am having the same problem. Everything is connected properly and tightly. Keeps telling me to plug in the wireless receiver.
The usb does it have a bump in it? Thats the long-range wireless receiver, it is what the remote and internet communicate with, you can't use a regular usb it has to be the one supplied.
