I bought an onn wireless speaker at Walmart. My tv is a westinghouse brand ROKU tv. Does ONLY the roku name brand speakers work for all makes of ROKU tv’s??

Only Onn ROKU wireless speakers work with roku tv's wirelessly. Onn makes none roku speakers too, that are bluetooth and will not work with roku tvs.

Man, this sucks. I bought a Ultra LT because the support rep said it would work. Now I'm sitting here and it won't pair with my Onn Roku speakers. It's "not supported", there is literally nothing stopping it from working other than they don't have it enabled in the Ultra LT firmware. Both devices support Bluetooth, it's just something they disabled.

I bought a onn Bluetooth speaker and my Roku smart TV will not sync to the speaker and the speaker doesn't pick up my TV

Sorry but Roku cannot pair to any brand of Bluetooth speaker. You can use Bluetooth headphones, but no speakers. Roku uses Wifi-direct to communicate with their speakers, a different kind of RF signal not compatible with bluetooth.
