Thanks for responding Mary!

Batteries last about 2 weeks. Never use the headphones. Started before the holidays, so I'd say October. Batteries I put in just before Christmas are at 3% now.

I change my batteries almost daily  and the remote gives a horrible screeching when they are in. Still wont work a lot if the time. model 3810rw, streaming stick +, serial number yh00df426744, device id 22305d426744

I have been having the same issue changing batteries every few weeks with four of my five Roku remote controls for the past three months. I have all of my Roku devices plugged into electric outlets.  The system IDs are as follows:

Roku Express 4K  X01600EETJ0T

Roku Streaming Stick  YF0070115990

Roku Streaming Stick  YF0053509308

Roku Streaming Stick  YF00DN306287

Please advise on a solution or replacement of these remote controls.
