I am having the same issue. How does this get resolved? I reset the Roku to factory settings, installed new batteries and 2 days later they’re dead. This is kinda ridiculous.

Re: Roku remote draining batteries

I’m finding when using the included private listening earpieces, that I get messages stating that the remote batteries need replacing, which is strange since I had just replaced the batteries. So is the remote defective and need to be replaced under warranty. I’ve only had  the remote about a month and don’t use very often. Please advise.
