@RokuKariza-D
I am having the same issues with the batteries in my remote as everyone else on this thread. I've already performed the system restart and brand new fresh batteries are reflected at 49%.
The serial number for my 3810X - Roku Streaming Stick+ is YHN00GY426994.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

The serial number is yh009v643305. She will put fresh batteries in and they are dead within 1 or 2 days usually.
Thanks for the reply.
For your Roku Streaming Stick+ (3810RW), we've released an update to your remote that we believe will address the issue you are experiencing. Please perform a system restart from your Roku device. This will update your remote to the latest version. This can be done by navigating to Settings > System > System Restart.
After you perform the system update, continue to use your device as normal and monitor the remote battery percentage listed under Settings > Remotes > About.
Please keep us updated!
All the best,
Kariza
My ROKU Smart Sound Bar remote is going through batteries at least once a week. I have seen many people expressing the same frustration but have not seen any solutions. RokuDanny-R responded in February 2021 that the engineering team was working on it but have not seen any result of their investigation.
Should I just return my Sound Bar and get a new one? Has anyone had any luck getting a different sound bar where the remote does not drain the batteries or is this a problem with ALL ROKU Smart Sound Bars?
