I have a Hisense TV with Roku and suddenly my volume does not work. I can see it on the screen, i can go from muted, to 0 to as high as it goes but the volume never changes. I reset my tv's cache and checked to see if the software is updated. it is. No point in watching something i have no control over.

We understand that you're encountering issues with the volume setup on your Roku TV. Hisense Roku TV typically comes with a standard Roku remote, which unfortunately does not include a volume button. To better assist you, could you please clarify whether you are using a Roku voice remote and is this the remote that originally came with the TV? Additionally, are there any external speakers connected to your Roku TV?
