Volume Stuck At 100 And Won't Go Down on Roku TV

I am having the exact same issue. This is no longer your environmental issue. It's a bug.

Re: Volume Stuck At 100 And Won't Go Down on Roku TV

My troubleshooting:

Turned on TV with physical remote.

Volume started going up to 100 with the white light at the bottom of the TV blinking.

Removed the batteries from the physical remote.

Volume still receiving radio or optical signal for volume to go up.

Was able to lower volume briefly with virtual remote with Roku app.

But then went back up on its own.

Also pressing the volume down under the TV and the volume up, sometimes stopped the behavior.

The exact behavior is as if a remote signal is stuck on volume up.

Factory reset.  Nothing happened.

Unplugged for 1 minute and connected.  Nothing.

I checked the buttons underneath the TV behind the RF light and they are not stuck.
