I have a Roku Express - Serial Number: YG00CM814912 - Needing a compatible remote control for both TV and device.

Anyone know of a compatible RoKu remote?

The Roku Simple Remote will work with any "Express" model (there have been many).  To know if the Voice Remote will work we'd need to know the model number that's written on it or displayed under Settings->System->About.  There's also plenty of universal remotes that would support any non-stick Roku device.

The only model of Roku Express that would not pair with current Roku wifi voice remotes, the type of true Roku remote with tv controls, is the first model of express 3700, or Express + 3710. All Express models after that can be paired with WiFi Roku remotes. It should have the model number on the express itself.
