I have reset my voice remote pro, re-paired it and plugged it into a different power source using the original charging cable it came with. And it won't charge above 20%. Does anyone know how to fix this? These are expensive and I don't want to spend more money on something that won't work.
Thank you for keeping us in the loop, @pkaboo1234!
It looks like the issue with your Roku remote is a bit unusual. We'd love to help you out, could you please provide the following information for us to look into it further?
Here are some steps that can help resolve the issue:
Restart your remote
If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
If your rechargeable voice remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons on the Roku remote for 20 seconds.
Disable any extra remotes that are not in use in your TV settings
We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
Best regards,
Jharra
