We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue with the Roku remote. Please know that we're here to assist you with this. Before we move forward, can you please provide us with the model of your Roku device and the purchase date of the remote? Also, please confirm if this is the remote that originally came with the device.
In the meantime, please try to reset your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try to utilize the remote feature to see if this makes any difference.
