I've only had this remote for about a month, and ever since I moved like 2 weeks ago the voice function has completely stopped. the remote doesn't even light up when pressing the voice button.
the TV does not react to the voice switch either.
I've restarted the TV, unpaired and repaired the remote, restarted the remote. Done every single thing on the support page and it has gotten me no where...
How do you fix this. I'm at my limit with this remote

We'd love to look further into this issue that you have with the Roku remote since the mic button is not working. What type of Roku remote do you have right now? Is it a Roku Voice Remote Pro or the 2nd edition?

Its a roku voice remote pro, but I don't know if its the second generation or not. the hole on the remote is on the left of the power button if that provides any context for you.

We would like to learn more about this. Could you please let us know if this remote is purchased separately? Also, may we have the serial number of the device your remote is paired with? Additionally, could you take a picture of the remote?
We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the voice remote feature to see if this makes any difference.

Ive already reset the remote before, and I purchased it from Walmart new. I have an old IR blaster style that came with the tv. for context this is a TCL roku TV.
And again I've only had this remote for a little over a month. and restating so its in this post. it just does not respond at all when I flip the mic switch or hit the manual button. and yes the mic switch is on.
