Call them and they will send you another remote. There is nothing that will fix it. It's a defective product. They sent me a new remote. Get your box it came in. You will need the serial # off it for the remote
Contact Roku this is a common problem.. it's a defect on the remote. Roku replaced mine it works fine now.
im on my third replacement that the right arrow has stopped working !! Time for new tv not a roku i guess
Purchased in December 2023 - it’s been like this for approx 2 months and just now looking into it and see this isn’t an isolated issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
