Thanks for following up. To make it clear, are you using both Roku remotes on the same Roku device? If not, please provide the serial number of the other Roku device where you've used the other remote.

I'm not currently using the remotes on any of the devices because they are not usable.
I don't recall which devices they came with, as I mentioned I have 7 TVs with roku (plus another 3+ rokus that are older and unused). The 2 unusable Voice Remote Pros that I have with the oder problem are sitting in their boxes unused. I had to get different remotes to replace these, but they are not Voice Remote Pros which is what I want to use and what I paid for.
I'll give you one more serial number on here, but I need someone to sort this out and contact me as posting a bunch of my serial numbers publicly online isn't something I typically like doing regardless of what it is.
