Why does the Spectrum app not accept number inputs from a universal remote? I have a new Roku Ultra (model 4802X) and an Inteset 422-4 remote. I programmed the remote with the number codes according to instructions posted here by @Tivoburkee. (Thanks for all your posts re: universal remotes, BTW.) But no joy. So, who's fault is it? Spectrum claims their app accepts number inputs. Roku claims apps have to be programmed for numbers. In other words, they're pointing fingers at each other. What's the story? Who do we need to badger to make this work?
