I have a TLC•fireTV television and i was wondering if i could get the Roku voice remote to control the tv without the need of plugging in a roku stick. Perhaps pairing it over bluetooth idk? Thanks.

I don't think so.  Roku remotes use Wi-Fi direct and Fire TVs probably use Bluetooth.  They're not compatible.  At most you could get the remote to turn the TV off and on and control its volume, but to accomplish that you'd have to plug in a Roku device to go through the TV control setup procedure.
