Same here. Feels like a recent update stated the issue with me. Roku Ultra.

Thanks for letting us know.

May we know the serial number of the device where the remote is paired? Also, what OS version build does your device currently have? You can check it through Settings > System > About.

Remote is paired. And out of nowhere it unpairs. Roku OS version is 12.5.0 build 4278-46.

Oopps! Forgot to give the serial number wich is YJ004M075906.

To send a private message:

  1. Sign in to the community.
  2. Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
  3. Click Compose New Message.
  4. Enter the recipient's name in the Send to area.
