I have a Roku TV I had for about a year now and my remote is acting up alot and is very slow

We can see you're having an issue with your Roku TV remote, and we appreciate the efforts you've put into troubleshooting it so far.

Have you attempted to reset your remote? We suggest changing the batteries and trying to reset your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again to see if this makes any difference.

We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
