Mine is doing the same thing. Have tried all of the troubleshooting tips, nothing works. Were you ever able to figure yours out?

there are a couple more things we can try:
Check for remote updates: Roku remotes can sometimes update their firmware. While it's less common than updating the streaming device itself, it's worth checking. You can usually find instructions for checking for updates in your Roku device's settings menu.
Try a different pairing method: There are sometimes alternative ways to pair your remote, depending on the model. You can find the specific instructions for your remote on the Roku website https://support.roku.com/.
