I have had this problem now with 4 different remote voice pro. They don't hold a charge and will not charge to 100% None of them are over 1 year old. Tried using on different roku devices and have the same problem. Used different cables. Same problem
Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, @GemGlows.
I appreciate you reporting the issues you've encountered about charging your Roku Voice Remote Pros. I'd be more than happy to look closely into this matter and find you the best resolution possible.
Firstly, are multiple remotes paired with just one of your Roku players? If so, I highly recommend removing the current remotes and pairing only one. Furthermore, try resetting it by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
After doing so, pair it again with your preferred Roku player and try to charge it to see if this will work.
I'll be looking forward to your update.
Best regards,
Carly
