Why is Roku purposely blocking your PM for a reply?
It is impossible to reply when the Roku Blog banner is covering your PM. Why is Roku or you doing this? Is it to discourage me from replying?

@anna_ace, Roku web pages often don't display properly on different devices or with different sized displays. Try this link to send a PM:

To add to Jim's comments, also make sure the zoom on the computer webpage is less than 100 percent or it may not display correctly either on Microsoft edge.
When I clicked on the link the same thing happened. PM is blocked with the Roku Blog banner.
It's not my computer because I was able to communicate without a problem.
On my 10" laptop, to use the mail/PM feature of this **bleep** forum software I have to set the zoom to 50% or almost everything is covered by that banner. Of course, the text is then tiny. It's been that way since they changed to this horrible software and I'm guessing it's never going to be fixed. You might have better luck on a phone, but I don't use my phone for things like that.
