We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the voice command remote finder feature to see if this makes any difference.
That seems to have fixed it! Thanks! I didn't do anything else - just removed that remote with the old one, repaired it and it now works. Great. Your help is much appreciated!! 😀

I am also having issue with the 3 I bought responding to voice command. And TLC roku tv I bought last week say if can use the find remote with the paired remote. It shows as the new voice pro 2.
