You send a PM by clicking the person's name, then click View profile if it doesn't go there automatically. On his profile page is a button to send a private message. Note that some mobile browsers (such as on a phone) might not show the button.

Hello Danny,
The remote control (Roku Ultra) keeps making a pinging sound (find my remote sound). We have reset, paired the device again with the TV (unplug, etc). This is annoying if we forget to remove the batteries at night (which it happened last night) and has been happening more frequently over the past three weeks.
