I buy a new Roku TV but there was no Remote Control in the box. what should I do?
I would swap it at the store for another one. I’m guessing you got a return that was not carefully checked.
You should never be getting a 'return' product if you are buying something full price as brand new. Anything that was opened before should be marked that way and discounted.
