Re: Roku Express remote not working, need a new one.
I am having the same issue, again. I had a previous request/post on 1/29/22 #5304154 and eventually I was sent a new remote . I did get the replacement remote and it worked perfectly for about 4 days. On 2/10/22 I replied to an e-mail I received letting them know the new one is no longer working. I have not received a response. So I have 2 remotes that will not work with this new unit. Do I need an entire Roku unit replacement since just replacing the remote did not work? I again tried all the troubleshooting and tips on your site. I have tried again to put in a request but I keep getting an "error submitting my request' like last time. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.
