I have a Roku Express+ and is 10.50.0 software and says it is up to date. However, when I am trying to sync my Roku power and volume controls to my tv, I do not have the “remotes & devices” option listed under settings. Please help.

Which model Roku Express+ do you own? The older models do not have tv power or volume control.

We have model 3710. Not sure if that’s considered old.

Sorry but yes that is one model of Roku express+ that is IR only. All express+ after could have wifi remote paired to them.

@Jdmn600  The Roku 3710 was released back in 2016 and is no longer manufactured. There is probably no power button or volume buttons on your remote right?

@Jdmn600  No offense taken. Lol. I’m just happy I helped and you figured it out. Next step purchase a new Roku that’s up-to-date. It’s just nice to know what exactly fixture issue or solved it. That way in the future it can help others too

I have the Express 3930RW the remote has no power or volume. Id like to pair a Roku tv remote with those options but there is no pairing button. Any work arounds??
