We had our player less than 2 weeks and the remote stopped working. We've been through battery replacement, receiver placement on the TV, resetting player unit and wifi, all troubleshooting topics. Remote will not work. We installed the phone app and the receiver works fine with that, but we need a new remote since other people use this guest room. How do we get a new remote under warranty?
