I need some serious help you guys - I feel like a crazy person because I am 100% sure I don’t have ANY of the remote options listed anywhere.
The box is listed as “Roku Express 4K+” - I’ve previously connected this all to my sons TV, linked to my phone, everything was fine. Out of nowhere, a few weeks later, the remote no longer connects and I can’t get into the system at all.
When I turn on the TV, it shows a picture of Remote settings showing to factory reset or visit the Remote website to troubleshoot. There’s no option to reset!!!
Apparently this remote is the “voice” one but it looks more like the “simple” one. There’s no black sensor at the top of the remote, there’s no factory reset button on it, etc. I cannot find an accurate remote reference online anywhere to compare the one I have.
How the heck am I supposed to get this remote to connect again?
I wish I could post pictures

Roku has started releasing Voice Remotes with no pairing button in the battery compartment. The first such remote is model RC-GZ1. By now there may be others. They come with installed batteries and a pull tab you must remove to engage them.
To put these remotes into pairing mode, after pulling the battery tab, press and hold both the BACK and HOME buttons near the top of the remote for 5 seconds or more.
