Try these solutions. There are several steps to troubleshooting these relatively simple remotes. Perhaps one of "Tom's" solutions will be of help. Mine was the auto pairing just didn't work at all. I had to manually pair it and voila! It took 2 times but the remote finally "learned". If you go through all the steps in their exact order, perhaps it will help yours. Good luck
