Replacement remote not provided and remote issue not reaolved
I had an issue in pairing my roku stick 3800x model with the remote and raised a ticket# 10491129 and 10477914 as well. The issue was not resolved and closed the ticket without resolving or did not provide replacement remote. Please advise on this and my address ia below
