I have tried changing the batteries till I ran out. I have tried unplugging the Roku for an hour and left the batteries in the remote for hours as well. I followed all the suggestions from other posts like this I found and nothing. I actually have this happening to TWO Roku remotes in my house. Both went through these processes and nothing. One model is from 2022 and the other is an older model. So one remote has a pair button and another doesn’t. Again, went through all the steps and nothing.

Roku voice remote can become unpaired for various reasons, such as weak signals or changing batteries. No worries, here are troubleshooting steps you can try to help resolve this issue.
Restart your streaming device to enter pairing mode:
Use the following steps to restart your streaming device.
Once you see the Home screen, follow the steps in the next section to put your voice remote into pairing mode and complete the pairing process with your streaming device.
If your voice remote has a pairing button, it will be located either on the back of the remote or under the battery cover.
Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash, to put your voice remote into pairing mode.
