I have a Roku simple remote less than 1 yr old. I troubleshot it & it does not work at all. Are remotes covered under the 1 yr warranty by Roku?

Thanks renojim! I was able to do a support chat & thereby get a replacement remote. Should have it in about 7-10 days.
