Try unplugging the power cord from the Roku. Wait a few minutes or more and plug it back in. I had this problem in early July and I did this. It's been fine every since. I unplugged the HDMI cable at the same time. I doubt that was necessary, but I figured that it couldn't hurt.
I’m having the same issue. It started about a month ago and it’s happening on two different Roku’s in two different rooms with two different remotes. I changed th batteries so it’s not that. It’s very annoying and seems to be an unaddressed bug.
just pull the power plug on the roku. wait 1- seconds and plug back in. it will clear the sw bug
Unplug the Roku from power , wait 10 seconds and plug back in. it will clear the errors
Thanks, buddy! I have a Roku TV: TCL model 55R615. Same problem with remote jumping. Suspected this was a software issue as only happened on 2 channels, PBS and Tubi. Bought new remote, same problem on same 2 channels. Unplugged power cord from the TV & the power source. Plugged back in & problem disappeared! 🙂

So un-plugging and waiting a minute then plugging it back it worked on all 5.
Ok. So every Roku TV in my home will skip several channels in the different app guides BUT when just operating the TV menu it works fine! Changed batteries, same thing happening. Just regular remote not voice activated and not Roku Stick on any tv
It's not the remote. Unplug the power cord from the Roku device. Wait a few minutes. Plug it back in and you should be fine. This happened to me in the beginning of July and I've had no problems since.
@AlicePavywould you mind checking the Settings / System / About page on the TVs and posting their hardware model numbers and their uptime. After doing that, you can go to Settings / System / Power / Restart device and reboot the TVs and the channels should start working correctly.
