Remote purchased does not show on my order page

I recently purchased two replacement remotes directly from Roku.  Why do these orders not show on my account?  I have to return 1 remote because it's the wrong one and I can't get anybody from Roku to help.  According to Roku the return policy is 30 days.

Under orders you switch between content and products did you check under products?
