My express 4K+ remote completely stopped working. New batteries- still not working. Also tried all trouble shooting. Any help would be great having trouble contacting anyone at roku. Want to know if I can send the remote back and get a new one or would I have to get a new device ? How long is the warranty?

If so and the issue persists, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.

Here is the serial number S07P2193FXJ. Please let me know new steps. I have tried all trouble shooting and no luck.
