The remote only works after a certain times but then stokes working. I can use it on other tvs normally but not this one i resetted the tv to try and see if it fixes it but now i can’t even set the tv up.

the remote was purchased seperate but neither of the original controller or the new one works, they only start working after 3 pm but i tried taking it off and i couldn’t figure out what it was. model number for tv is 55S541 the serial is 80131-007344 , there is no lights or anything when pressing buttons i tried replacing the batteries and that did not help.
