My remote keepes loosing pairing. When following  all steps on website. Unplugged the stick,removed batteries and put new batteries in remote. It will pair for only about 30 seconds. I don’t know what else to do. Can you advise?

We see that you're having trouble with your Roku remote, and we're here to help. First, kindly try resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again.

• If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
• If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds.
