The USB-C port will not allow the charging cable to be plugged in. Is there anyway to fix the port or does the remote just need to be replaced?

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Roku remote, and we're here to help. To begin, have you attempted to charge the remote using a different cord? Could you please let us know the model of your Roku remote and the Roku device it is paired with? Also, is this the first time you are charging this remote?

Have you looked inside the port? I’ve had to clean out my phone because of pocket lint (or in one case, a grass seed) accumulating in the port. I found the tip of a small zip tie to be good for getting in there.
