I have Roku stick model 3800x. The remote died and I could not make it work. To use my iPhone as remote I have to first make sure they’re on the same Wi-Fi but I can’t do that without operating the stick. A catch-22. The Roku remotes I see online all say NOT compatible with Roku stick. HELP!
