We appreciate you reaching out for support about the issues with charging your newly purchased Roku Voice Remote Pro (2nd Edition). We'd be happy to suggest some steps to help you fix this.
Kindly try to reboot your physical remote by pressing and holding the back and home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again to see if this will make any difference.
Additionally, we suggest charging it directly on a power outlet or using a different USB-C charging cable.
