My remote keeps saying the battery level is at 8 or 9% after just recharging it. Whenever I use the remote the notification pops up. Is there anyway to remove the notification or fix the issue???

Same problem with my rechargeable headphone remote. Will not recharge beyond 8% even when i secure the recharger tab into the usb port to solidly connected and steady with painter's tape! Blinks but no charge increase beyond 10% after an hour. This same 7 and 8% recharging question is all over the internet. So does not seem like an operator error.

Just bought new remote charger cable from Roku. Still does not take a charge. Says battery level 0%.
