When we use the Roku remote to turn the volume up or down, a womans voice comes on the Sony television "Volume Icon"  ten "Accessibility Icon set to 20% and then randomly while watching a TV show the voice will pop in and say "Timers" without even touching the remote.  We've rebooted both TV and Roku remote and performed the 4x "*" commands but still have the issue.

May not be coming from your Roku.

Look in your TV settings for some Accessibility settings (using your TV remote, not the Roku remote) and try disabling them.

Feel free to post TV model if still having issues and maybe can point you to the settings.
