First of all, regular Roku express comes with simple IR remote, that doesn't control tv's at all. It does control all IR Roku devices in its line of sight, nothing can stop that short of replacing both IR remotes with Wifi voice remotes. Which are sold separately cheapest is about $20 each. Once you pair a wifi Roku remote to given Roku device it will only control that one Roku. Benefit of Wifi voice remote it will control your tv volume and power.
