Old remote no longer works. Changing batteries doesn't help. Accidentally reset 4k Streaming Stick. Bought new Voice Remote Pro. Can't activate it without old remote. Can't use mobile app. Don't remember ip. Bought Streaming Stick almost 2 years ago. Don't recall exactly what model. Moved. Can't find package/instructions. Can't watch TV.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? If you purchased a new remote, what kind of remote did you purchase? Did you make sure that it is a wireless remote and not a simple IR remote? Does your remote have a pairing button in the back?

Your Roku model number it’s stamped on The outside of your Roku. Did you verify that the voice remote pro you bought will work with your Roku device?

Do you have the original USB cable with bump in the middle? The cable is what your remote and internet communicates with not your 3810 stick+ itself.
Are you talking about the sn number?
