The “OK” button on my remote suddenly stopped working. I cannot get Roku to respond to it. I have a voice remote. I’ve searched the community and have tried pairing the remote, resetting the Roku, changing batteries, following every step and nothing helps. The screen will say “pairing remote” but then the OK button still doesn’t work. How to I get a new remote?
