I purchased the original Roku Pro Remote about a year ago. At the time I only needed one for the bedroom. Yesterday, due to need, I went online to purchase another one and found that there is now a 2nd Edition of the device. Upon reviewing before purchasing I noticed that the headphone jack had been removed from the features. WHY??? When a Company like yours has a successful product, would you change it? I have been a Roku customer since your first model and have recommended them over the years to family and friends, who also purchased Roku. Due to this loss of a feature I am forced to buy a substandard product, TV Ears for myself and my husband. Moral: Don't mess with perfection.
