I have the exact same issue as another poster here
I have had the remote for a few months and it seems like the voice commands never worked we slid the switch back and forth many times and it never shows any changes on the tv. Reset the remote and the Roku many times, let battery drain and recharge, factory reset everything, the remote will not respond to any voice at all, no matter the switch state - same exact result on multiple Roku devices and has been an issue for months - Roku, please help
I tired everything in that post as requested by Roku with no change
