I just started having a similar issue. It seems to only be with my PBS channel - the one I use the most. I've checked Netflix and Amazon Prime and this doesn't seem to be an issue. I'm trying the unplug the Roku puck and will see if that works. I'm glad I looked on here. The whole thing is really frustrating!!!
Hi Patrice. Hope it works. I had tried everything else i could think of including chatting with Roku support then TCL support then buying a new remote. Nothing else worked. Wish i had looked here first!
