I need the phone number for Roku support. My remote is very slow. Do I replace it or is there a way to reset it?? The numbers that have been posted on here are not working. Every time I hit support it seems to send me in circles. Someone from Roku please reach out.

Please beware of which remote you replace with. My new one just arrived. It appears that I didn't order the same replacement remote since I didn't notice the On/Off button at the top were missing. The new remote arrived yesterday. Tried it today which is when I found that it will not turn the TV on/off so I need to use the TV remote for that. Inconvenient but doable. Then I found the new remote will not do anything. It's because I have to have the HDMI connector. No problem. I do have that. Wait a minute -- it won't work since it's on the rear of the TV and no matter how I try to get it to connect, it doesn't. Since I have to be standing behind the TV (not easily done), it has no effect on what's on the screen. Thus, it appears that this remote is worthless and needs to be returned. Good luck with yours!
